Candidates must be admitted to a state bar and USPTO registered, with strong academic credentials and exceptional research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of patent preparation and prosecution experience.
• Admission to a state bar and USPTO registration are required.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Desire to work in a collegial atmosphere with emphasis on training, significant client contact, and a wide range of work (patent preparation and prosecution, portfolio management, strategic analysis, and opinion work).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and prosecute patent applications across diverse technologies.
• Manage patent portfolios and perform strategic analyses for clients.
• Provide opinions and analyses on patentability, validity, and enforceability.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues in a team-oriented environment.
