Duties:
- Represent clients in a wide range of intellectual property matters, with a focus on patent transactions
- Draft, review, and negotiate intellectual property-related agreements
- Assist with patent prosecution and manage patent portfolios
- Provide strategic counseling on IP matters involving innovation, licensing, and commercialization
- Collaborate with attorneys and paraprofessionals across the IP practice group
- Engage with clients ranging from early-stage companies to multinational corporations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience handling intellectual property transactions
- Prior law firm experience with a robust IP practice preferred
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and handle complex IP matters
- Strong interest in long‑term career development and partnership opportunities
Education:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school
- Solid academic performance required; top‑tier law school preferred
Certifications:
- Active bar membership in good standing in the State of California
- Admission to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) required

- Deep understanding of U.S. patent law and related IP legal frameworks
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and legal analysis skills
