Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced Patent Agent to join its Intellectual Property and Technology Division in Irvine, CA. The role involves drafting and prosecuting U.S. and foreign patent applications and supporting patentability assessments.

You will coordinate with foreign firms, manage client portfolios and deadlines, and contribute to due diligence and document processing. A minimum of 5 years in patent prep and prosecution is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience managing patent prosecution docket.
• US Patent & Trademark Office registration.
