Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Patent Agent.
• Technical background in telecommunications, electronic circuit design, or software.
• Admitted to practice before the USPTO.
• Undergraduate degree in electrical or computer engineering; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and prosecuting patent applications.
• Conduct patentability and freedom-to-operate analyses.
• Collaborate with attorneys and clients on intellectual property strategies.
• Provide technical expertise in telecommunications and software.
