Responsibilities

• Support attorneys on complex IP and patent litigation matters.
• Analyze and evaluate technical information, patents, prior art, and other IP materials.
• Assist with technical aspects of patent disputes and litigation strategy.
• Support proceedings and matters before the USPTO.
• Conduct technical and patent-related research and analysis.
• Assist with preparation of technical materials, case documents, and presentations.
• Apply technical expertise to a broad range of IP matters.
• Develop practical legal skills while attending law school part-time.
