Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Litigation Associate Attorney to join a national law firm’s IP Litigation practice.

You will handle complex copyright and trademark disputes in federal courts nationwide, with potential involvement in proceedings before the PTAB. Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience handling copyright and trademark litigation.
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to, or eligibility for admission to, the bar in the applicable state.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience managing complex litigation matters and handling substantive assignments throughout the litigation lifecycle.

Responsabilités

• Manage written discovery and develop litigation strategies for complex copyright and trademark disputes.
• Prepare infringement and invalidity claim charts, contentions, and related litigation materials.
• Draft briefs, motions, and other substantive legal documents.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Coordinate with expert witnesses and assist with expert-related litigation matters.
• Support trial preparation and participate in trial proceedings.
• Assist with appellate briefing and related appellate work.
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups to develop effective litigation strategies.
