BCG Attorney Search seeks a patent agent to join the Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Patent Prosecution group in Kansas City. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and experience in patent preparation and prosecution.

The role requires at least 3 years of patent experience, USPTO admission, and an undergraduate or advanced degree in engineering, CS, or related fields. Candidates with familiarity with GPUs, TPUs, accelerators, neural engines, and robotics

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in patent preparation and prosecution.
• Experience with graphics processing units, tensor processing units, accelerators, neural engines, and robotics circuitry.
• Admission to the USPTO is required.

Responsibilities

• Draft and file high-quality patent applications.
• Oversee and manage patent preparation and prosecution for a diverse client base.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of submissions.
