Qualifications

• 2+ years of patent preparation/prosecution experience.
• Experience with wireless telecommunications systems or standards-related technologies preferred.
• Strong academic background in a technical engineering or science field.
• Registered with the USPTO as a Patent Agent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and prosecute patent applications for clients.
• Collaborate with engineers and partners to position and protect innovations.
• Support business development and client management as needed.
