The ideal candidate will have a technical degree (electrical engineering or computer sciences) and be a registered patent attorney or eligible.

Qualifications

• At least one year of patent litigation experience in federal courts, ITC, or PTAB.
• Willingness to assist with legal research, discovery, briefing, and expert reports.
• Team oriented with outstanding academic record and strong written and oral communication.
