Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT with 3+ years hands-on SCCM patch deployment.
• Solid Windows system administration skills: registry, GP, silent installs.
• Certifications such as MCSE, MCTS, Security+, or CISSP preferred.
• Familiar with packaging tools: Flexera Admin Studio or InstallShield.
• ITIL knowledge: Change, Incident, Problem, Release Management.

Responsibilities

• Own patch management and deployment across a large enterprise network using SCCM.
• Build and test application packages for smooth, drama-free rollout.
• Write automation scripts (PowerShell, Batch, VBScript) to fix vulnerabilities.
• Troubleshoot SCCM client health issues.
• Collaborate with Vulnerability Management, Desk Side Support, IT Architecture.
• Maintain server and workstation compliance and report status.
