DO & CO AG is seeking a Pastry Sous Chef - Events & Culinary Operations to elevate daily kitchen performance, lead a high-performing team, and contribute to creative, cost-conscious dessert concepts for premier events, including Formula 1 and FIFA.

Based in Miami or other supported U.S. locations, this hands-on role covers production, staffing, menu development, and strict adherence to food safety standards, with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in a high-volume kitchen.
• Culinary degree or certification preferred.
• Knowledge of catering industry trends.
• Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
