DO & CO group is hiring a Pastry Sous Chef – Events & Culinary Operations for positions in Los Angeles, Chicago, or Miami. You will lead pastry production for high-profile events, mentor a skilled team, and contribute to creative, cost-conscious dessert menus across premier venues.

The role requires a minimum 3+ years in a busy kitchen, a culinary degree or certification, and flexibility to travel for events. Excellent teamwork and food-safety standards are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with menu development and quality control preferred.
