Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional pastry and baking experience in high-volume or fine dining settings.
• Expertise in pastry techniques, doughs, ice cream, and plating.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities for multiple outlets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pastry and baking program for desserts, breads, ice creams, and doughs.
• Execute creative recipes under culinary team guidance and maintain quality.
• Oversee pastry production for all dining outlets including banquets, café, beer garden, and Valley Goat.
• Maintain consistent presentation, flavor, and texture across pastry offerings.
• Manage mise en place for pastry stations for service readiness.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards in the pastry space.
• Assist with pastry ingredient inventory, ordering, and storage.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members in pastry techniques.
