This role requires reliable customer service, clear communication with kitchen staff, ability to stand long hours, lift up to 50 pounds, and adherence to health and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
• High school education or equivalency.
• Ability to understand and follow directions and safety protocols.
• Ability to communicate and work effectively with kitchen staff.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a friendly greeting and provide high level customer service.
• Guide customers through Dolce Bakery offerings and describe menu items.
• Answer the phone, return voicemails, and relay messages.
• Operate the point of sale accurately and handle tips.
• Follow food safety, sanitation guidelines and safety protocols.
• Maintain pastry case appearance and keep coffee available.
• Ensure outgoing products meet Dolce standards and flag quality issues.
• Complete daily and monthly cleaning of restrooms, café and patio.
• Assist Front and Back of House managers, including deliveries.
