Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional pastry or baking role (fine dining or upscale environment preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of classic and contemporary pastry techniques, including doughs, mousses, custards, sauces, and plating.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, team-oriented kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate desserts, pastries, and breads according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Assist in developing seasonal dessert offerings and daily specials.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and labeling of all ingredients and finished products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of a busy pastry station; collaborate with pastry chef and culinary team.
