Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional pastry or baking experience.
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary pastry techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, team-oriented kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate desserts, pastries, and breads per recipes and standards.
• Assist in development of seasonal dessert offerings and daily specials.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and labeling of ingredients and finished products.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station at all times.
• Support inventory management, ordering, and product rotation as needed.
• Communicate with front- and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.
