Responsibilities

• Prepares all pastries according to established recipes.
• Sets pace and prep lists for the day with pastry staff.
• Oversees dessert cart and buffet presentation.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitary conditions of the bake shop.
• Assists in production of bread, rolls, and muffins to ensure fresh inventory.
