Qualifications

• Two years pastry experience is required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Strong organization and time management for a fast-paced bakery environment.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce cookies and pastry items according to recipes and standards.
• Follow traditional and modern recipes with accuracy.
• Operate and maintain commercial baking equipment (ovens, mixers, conveyors, proofing cabinets).
• Measure ingredients accurately using scales or graduated containers.
• Keep workstation clean and organized with proper mise en place.
• Support banquet functions, outlet orders and breakfast productions as needed.
