Tiny Boxwoods Productions is seeking an experienced Pastry Cook to join our pastry team at our bakery and restaurant operations in Texas. The role focuses on preparing and producing cookie doughs and fresh pastry items to support Tiny's Milk & Cookies and our restaurants, following the directives of the Executive Pastry Chef in a fast, busy environment.

The right candidate is passionate about baking, adheres to sanitation standards, and can follow traditional and modern recipes.

Qualifications

• Texas Food Handlers Certificate
• Minimum two years experience in pastry
• Flexible availability
• Capacity to multitask
• Ability to work as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Follow traditional and modern recipes.
• Prepare and bake doughs, cookies, muffins, pastries.
• Operate commercial baking equipment safely.
• Maintain mise en place and sanitation.
• Assist with banquet setup and meal production.
• Ensure quality and consistency of pastries.
