Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Pastry Cook 3 to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will bring excitement and dedication in serving our guests.

The Pastry Cook is responsible for preparing sweet items, cakes, ice creams, sorbets, fruit compotes, chocolates and show pieces according to guest orders and banquet event orders in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of pastry experience preferred (or similar)
• Food Handler certification required
• US work authorization required

Responsibilities

• Prepare sweet items, cakes, ice creams, sorbets, chocolates and show pieces per guest and banquet orders
• Maintain production standards and quality control
• Uphold a safe, sanitary kitchen environment

What you bring:

• One to two years' experience working in pastry preferred
• Food Handlers Certifications required
• Work authorization in the United States
