Job summary

Four Seasons Denver is seeking a Pastry Cook 2 to join our culinary team on a part-time basis. You will prepare pastries, chocolates, ice creams and show pieces for guest orders and banquets, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

A minimum of two years pastry or related kitchen experience is preferred; must be fluent in English and eligible to work in the United States. Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years culinary or related work experience in a kitchen.
• Proficient knife skills and production abilities expected.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pastries, cakes, ice creams, sorbets, fruit compotes, chocolates and show pieces according to guest orders and banquet event orders while upholding production standards and sanitation.
• Maintain a flexible schedule with morning, afternoon or evening shifts, weekends and holidays; ensure timely service and safety compliance.
• Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Pastry Cook 2 - Part Time

Prepare sweet items, pastries, cakes, ice creams, sorbets, fruit compotes, chocolates and show pieces according to guest orders and banquet event orders in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment. Intermediate culinary knowledge is expected, minimum two years culinary or related work experience, proficient knife skills and ability to multi-task.

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work morning, afternoon or evening shifts, weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
