Job summary

Four Seasons Denver is seeking an Assistant Manager, Housekeeping to lead the team and maintain the hotel's high standards of cleanliness. You will supervise staff across guest rooms, public areas, and employee spaces, ensuring consistent, exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a supervisory housekeeping role, strong English (Spanish a plus), and legal work authorization in the United States.

Qualifications

• One to two years of assistant manager or supervisory experience in Housekeeping.
• Knowledge of housekeeping service and labor control.
• Good command of the English language.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred.
• Must possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff and daily activities of the Housekeeping Department to meet cleanliness standards.
• Train, motivate, and coach all employees to maintain service quality.

The Assistant Manager, Housekeeping ensures our guest accommodation and all areas front and back of house are maintained in a spotless condition at all times.

Responsibilities Manages the staff and controls the daily activities of the Housekeeping Department assuring that our Guest Rooms, Public Areas and Employee Areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness. Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, and coach all employees in the Hotel’s Housekeeping Department to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met. This role has direct contact with guests and as such good communication skills are a necessity. This position does require an applicant with a flexible schedule, able to work morning/afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications And Skills

• One to two years previous experience in an assistant manager/supervisory position in Housekeeping
• Knowledge of housekeeping service and labor control
• Good command of the English language
• Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
