Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at Target Field in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a seasonal Pastry Cook 1 to join our team. You will prepare fresh, high-quality pastries and ensure timely service in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include following recipes, maintaining clean stations, and supporting opening/closing duties. Candidates must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

$19.50 – $19.50 / hour

What will you do?

• Follow recipe portion sizes and to quality standards
• Keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked, and utilize kitchen equipment to prepare food items such as knives, slicers, pots, steamers, and ovens
• Ensures proper bakingtemperatures are maintained and food is stored correctly
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as instructed and according to proper guidelines

• Basic math skills with the ability to understand, calculate, and follow recipe measurements
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail
• Ability to work as a team player, following procedures and taking directions
• Capacity to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Physical requirements

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to remain standing for the entire length of shift while also walking, bending, reaching, and performing other repetitive motions
