Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a seasonal Pastry Cook 2 to join our team at Target Field in Minneapolis, Minnesota. You will prepare fresh, quality products and serve them punctually in a dynamic environment, with a focus on consistent standards and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills to understand, calculate, and follow recipe measurements.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to work as a team player, following procedures and taking directions.
• Capacity to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipe portion sizes and to quality standards.
• Keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked, and utilize kitchen equipment to prepare food items such as knives, slicers, pots, steamers, and ovens.
• Ensures proper bakingtemperatures are maintained and food is stored correctly.
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as instructed and according to proper guidelines.
