Eden Roc Miami Beach is seeking a Pastry Cook to join our vibrant pastry team. You will assist in the preparation, baking and presentation of a wide variety of pastries, cakes and confections, while collaborating with experienced Pastry Chefs to elevate our dessert offerings.

Minimum 2 years pastry experience; college degree or certification in culinary or hospitality preferred; requires English proficiency and flexibility for extended hours.

Overview

Calling all passionate pastry enthusiasts! Join our team as a Pastry Cook and unleash your creativity in a fast-paced, dynamic culinary environment. With your energy and enthusiasm, you'll assist in the preparation, baking, and presentation of a wide variety of delectable pastries, cakes, and confections. Collaborating with our experienced Pastry Chefs, you'll learn new techniques, experiment with flavors, and elevate our dessert offerings to new heights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Pastry experience
• College degree or certification in culinary field/hospitality field preferred
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members
• Ability to work extended hours when business necessitates
• Read, write and speak and understand English
• Ability to understand financial goals and accomplish them
