Job summary

The Lodge at Gulf State Park, Gulf Shores, Alabama is seeking a full-time Pastry Cook. You will bake and decorate a variety of desserts, contribute to menu development, and manage inventory for the pastry station.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma (culinary cert preferred) and strong baking skills, with an emphasis on creativity, precision, and teamwork in a fast-paced hotel kitchen.
