Maxime’s in the Bronx Production Facility is seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie to join a world-class culinary brigade. You will assist the Pastry Head Chef and Pastry Sous Chefs in producing specialty breads, cakes, and viennoiseries to exacting standards.

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a Pastry Department.
• Ability to work under the Pastry Head Chef and Pastry Sous Chefs.
