Job summary

Teksky LLC is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to craft high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods for restaurants, banquets, and events. A strong background in baking, creativity, and pastry production management in hotel or resort settings is essential.

You will lead pastry production, develop new desserts, and ensure exceptional quality, presentation, and portion control while maintaining safety standards and supervising the pastry team. Weekend and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong pastry, baking, and dessert preparation skills.
• Knowledge of pastry techniques, flavor combinations, and presentation.
• Experience in hotel, resort, or high-volume restaurant operations preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules.
• Culinary degree or pastry certification preferred; equivalent professional experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce pastries, desserts, breads, and baked goods.
• Develop and test new dessert recipes and menu items.
• Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Monitor ingredient inventory, freshness, and quality.
