Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in a pastry kitchen.
• Ability to read and follow baking directions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all dessert and baked goods per standard recipe.
• Adhere to portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules.
• Complete daily prep list and closing checklist; maintain sanitary workstation.
• Report shortages or equipment problems to Pastry Chef.
