Volunteers of America Northern Rockies seeks an Outpatient Pastoral Care Coordinator to collaborate with the clinical team, providing spiritual support and skills training for outpatient clients. The role includes crisis coverage and one-on-one and group engagement.

You will engage with ministry volunteers and build relationships with churches and faith-based organizations to support client recovery and spiritual growth, while coordinating transportation and crisis management as needed.

Formación

• Background in Christian ministry/Ordination with four years' experience in the field.
• A degree in Christian counseling/Biblical studies with 1-year experience in an equivalent field.
• Lived experience allowing the employee to complete Peer Certification training and provide Peer Support group/individual care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual spiritual support, group facilitation, and skills training to patients.
• Participate as an integral member of the multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Coordinate volunteer participation and engage with churches and faith-based partners.
