Job summary

Baptist Memorial Health Care in Memphis seeks an Associate Chaplain to provide pastoral care to patients, families and colleagues. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least one year of pastoral care experience; a Driver's License is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience providing pastoral care in church, ministry, or related setting.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university as described.
• Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide pastoral care to patients, families and colleagues through visitation and referral.
• Deliver crisis and bereavement care, support activities, and worship services.
• Coordinate educational events and participate in worship and support activities.
• Work assigned shifts and on-call rotations, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
