Job summary

Experiencing Worship invites a dedicated pastor to lead with a clear calling to ministry and to teach and shepherd the congregation in Wisconsin. The role emphasizes faithful preaching, pastoral care, and doctrinal alignment with historic Christian practices, while guiding ministries and engaging the community with biblical truth and compassionate leadership.

You will disciple individuals and families, provide counseling, and model a godly life through consistent prayer and spiritual oversight

• Expository and Christ-centered preaching required.
• Leads with humility, integrity, and servant leadership.
• Provide pastoral counseling, visitation, and spiritual oversight.

• Prays diligently for the congregation and models a godly life

Primary Responsibilities:
