Independent Bible Church is a Christ centered, Bible teaching congregation with an average attendance of 55. Role Summary:

The Lead Pastor provides spiritual leadership, clear biblical teaching, and shepherding care for the congregation. This role includes preaching, vision development, leadership of ministry teams, and guiding the church toward its mission with humility and wisdom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preach and teach Scripture with clarity and conviction

Qualifications:

Compensation:

Salary range of $40k to 50k, housing allowance, professional allowance, paid vacations, and retirement contribution.
