With new stores opening on Long Island, we are seeking a dedicated Pasta/Mozzarella Production Manager for our busy locations.
The Production Manager in our Pasta/Mozzarella division is responsible for producing fresh Pasta and Mozzarella following Uncle Giuseppe's authentic Italian recipes. This role involves using fresh mozzarella curd to heat, stretch by hand, and create house-made mozzarella. Additionally, the manager oversees all aspects of pasta production, including stretching by hand and creating various molds and doughs for authentic pasta. The position requires engaging all senses—taste, smell, touch, hearing, and observation—to ensure and enhance product quality.

Work involves continuous movement on hard surfaces, frequent bending, climbing, crawling, handling, pulling, reaching, and stooping.
