Our Pasta Cooks maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of pastas, sandwiches, and grilled items while teaching safe handling and supporting station opening/closing procedures.

Qualifications

• Three to six months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain highest standards for food quality and sanitation.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of pastas, sandwiches, and grilled items.
• Prepare all necessary items for station and complete prep par sheets each shift.
• Practice and teach safe/sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives, and equipment.
• Maintain proper temperature of equipment and perform station opening/closing and side work duties.
