California Pizza Kitchen is seeking a Pasta Cook to join our team and bring California creativity to every meal. You will ensure guests have a memorable dining experience by following the CPK High 5: delivering great food, teamwork, and attentive service, in a dynamic, fun atmosphere.

The Pasta Cook maintains the highest standards of food quality and sanitation, prepares pastas, sandwiches, and grilled items, and assists with opening/closing duties and side work.

Qualifications

• Three to six months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of pastas, sandwiches, and grilled items.
• Prepare all necessary items for their station and perform station opening/closing and side work duties.
• Practice safe/sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives, and equipment.
• Complete prep par sheets each shift.
