Qualifications

• Three to six months related experience or training.
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards for food quality and sanitation.
• Prepare pastas, sandwiches, and grilled items on time.
• Support line checks and complete prep par sheets each shift.
• Prepare all necessary items for station as needed.
• Practice safe and sanitary handling of equipment.
• Open/close station and perform side work duties each shift.
