You will uphold high standards of food quality and sanitation, preparing pastas, sandwiches, and grilled items with care while learning our training program and contributing to a collaborative kitchen team.

Qualifications

• Three to six months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards for food quality and sanitation.
• Ensure timely and accurate prep of pastas, sandwiches, and grilled items.
• Support line checks and complete prep par sheets each shift.
• Prepare all necessary items for their station as needed.
• Practice safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, counters, knives, and equipment.
• Maintain proper temperatures and perform opening/closing and side work duties each shift.
