Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards for food quality and sanitation.
• Prepare pastas, sandwiches, and grilled items on time and accurately.
• Support line checks and complete prep par sheets each shift.
• Prepare all necessary items for station and practice safe handling.
• Maintain proper equipment temperatures and perform opening/closing duties.
