Qualifications

• Three to six months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of pastas, sandwiches, and grilled items.
• Support line checks process and complete prep par sheets every shift.
• Prepare all necessary items for their station and perform opening/closing and side work duties.
• Practice safe/sanitary handling of cutting boards, counters, knives, and equipment.
• Maintain the proper temperature of equipment.
