Job summary

California Pizza Kitchen is seeking a Pasta Cook to join our R.O.C.K.S culture and deliver memorable dining experiences. You will focus on high quality pasta, sandwiches, and grilled items, while maintaining sanitation, proper temperatures and timely prep.

• Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation.
• Assure timely and accurate preparation of pastas, sandwiches, and grilled items.
• Support line checks process and complete prep par sheets every shift.
• Prepare all necessary items for their station as needed.
• Practice and teach safe/sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives, and equipment.
• Maintain the proper temperature of equipment and perform station opening/closing and side work duties each shift.

Job Duties

• Our Pasta Cooks maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation.

The current pay range for this position is USD: $18.00 - $23.00
