Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a Transmit Developer to design, develop, and support secure customer identity solutions leveraging the Transmit Security and Mosaic Platforms. You will work with cybersecurity, digital banking, and fraud teams to deliver frictionless onboarding and login experiences, focusing on passwordless authentication, MFA, and risk-based flows.

The role requires strong API security, IAM/CIAM, and cloud skills, with experience integrating with banking apps and vendor platforms like Okta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field required.
• 5+ years of software engineering, IAM/CIAM, or authentication experience.
• Experience implementing customer authentication platforms and identity orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement authentication and identity management solutions using Transmit Security.
• Build and maintain customer identity journeys, registration, login, MFA enrollment, and account recovery flows.
