Job summary

Datasoft Technologies, Inc. is seeking an IT Authentication Architect to own the operation, administration, and evolution of enterprise authentication platforms.

The role emphasizes 3rd-level support, user administration, troubleshooting and continuous improvement across cloud and on-premises environments. You will collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams, implement passwordless and MFA solutions, and develop API integrations while driving secure, scalable authentication

Qualifications

• 10+ years in MFA enablement and troubleshooting.
• 5+ years with Entra ID and NetIQ Advanced Authentication.
• 10+ years delivering complex MFA projects in large enterprises.
• 10+ years driving products from concept to launch.
• 10+ years in Agile/Scrum environments.
• 10+ years in enterprise IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Provides Level 3 support for enterprise identity and authentication services.
• Troubleshoots complex authentication and credential issues.
• Administers Microsoft Entra ID and authentication platforms.
• Manages user lifecycle and access provisioning.
• Supports passwordless and MFA solutions; investigates incidents.
• Develops API integrations and automation scripts.
• Creates dashboards and reports (Power BI, Splunk).
• Monitors authentication systems and security events.
