Job summary

1Kosmos Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead enterprise implementation projects for our Identity Verification, Passwordless Authentication, and IAM platform.

This hybrid role is based at our Edison, NJ HQ with a compensation of $100,000 or more depending on experience. You will own end-to-end implementations, manage scope, budgets, risks, and delivery quality from contract through production rollout and handoff to steady-state operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with focus in IT or related field.
• 3+ years leading enterprise software implementations or technology consulting projects.
• Experience with IAM, cybersecurity, or identity verification preferred.
• Strong planning, budgeting, risk/issue management, and customer relationship skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple enterprise projects simultaneously in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage end-to-end implementation projects, including initiation, requirements, design, configuration, integration, UAT, rollout and closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and delivery milestones across multiple engagements.
• Serve as primary point of contact for enterprise customers; lead kickoff, status calls, steering committee meetings and escalations.
• Manage scope, changes, dependencies, risks, and communicate issues and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate delivery across Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Professional Services, Support, and Customer Success.
• Facilitate technical workshops and architecture discussions with solutions architects and technical leads.
• Oversee delivery of IAM use cases including passwordless authentication, identity verification, biometrics, and identity proofing.
• Track status, progress, milestones, and KPIs; produce executive summaries for leadership.
• Manage project financials including effort tracking, budgets, resource utilization, and margins.
• Coordinate handoffs to steady-state operations; ensure support readiness and customer acceptance sign-off.
• Support customer escalations by analyzing blockers and recovery plans.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and dashboards for customer leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales during pre-sales on delivery estimates and SOW input.
• Capture lessons learned and contribute to methodology improvements.
