Job summary

Menzies Aviation is seeking a Supervisor to coordinate, monitor and support the Passenger Services team at our Albuquerque operations. You will assist agents to uphold professional, safe, and efficient standards in daily duties and ensure smooth inter-department coordination for on-time performance.

The role requires lifting up to 70 lbs, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED.
• One year college certificate or technical school completed.
• Able to supervise 10–15 passenger service agents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, monitor and support the Passenger Services team.
• Assist Passenger Service Agents in their duties to maintain professionalism, safety and efficiency.
• Ensure smooth operation through coordination between departments and agencies for on-time performance.
