MenziesAviation in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Ramp Supervisor to lead unloading/loading of luggage, freight and cargo on commercial aircraft. You will supervise ramp agents, coordinate resources, and ensure safety compliance across operations.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, handling training, performing timecards, preparing reports, and reading weight/balance loading instructions. The role requires lifting 70 lbs and working outdoors in all weather.

Qualifications

• Must have prior ramp or airline experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must hold a valid US driver's license with a clean record.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Able to lift 70 lbs repetitively.
• Comfortable working in all weather and variable shifts.
• Pass FBI background check and obtain US Customs Seal.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise lead agents and allocate ramp resources.
• Move cargo and baggage on and off aircraft and between terminals.
• Ensure ramp personnel follow safety regulations.
• Mentor and train new employees.
• Complete shift reports and sign timecards.
• Prepare disciplinary reports as needed.
• Read and interpret weight/balance loading instructions and manifests.
• Operate motorized equipment.
