The Passenger Service Ramp Agent is responsible for supporting both passenger service and ramp operations to ensure safe, efficient, and on‑time aircraft handling. This role assists with baggage handling, aircraft servicing, passenger assistance, and coordination of ground support activities while maintaining excellent customer service and compliance with airport safety regulations.
