Job summary

dnata is seeking a Passenger Service Agent in Orlando to perform essential ground handling tasks for international and domestic travel. You will manage check-in, document verification, boarding passes, luggage handling, and passenger information while ensuring safety and efficiency on shift.

The role requires good communication, stamina to stand and walk for long periods, and the ability to lift up to 70 pounds. FAA/airport credentials and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
  • Push, pull, lift and load up to 70 pounds.
  • Valid driver’s license and FAA/airport identification/seals or authorizations.

Responsibilities

  • Electronic check-in of passengers for international travel
  • Verification of documents for international and domestic flights
  • Ensure correct boarding passes are provided to each passenger for the assigned flight
  • Verify ticket and seat reservations
  • Match manifest to on-board count
  • Announce arrivals and departures as necessary
  • Provide information to passengers/customers as requested
  • Connect/disconnect Jetway/stairs as necessary
  • Assist with baggage tagging and baggage claim reports
  • Maintain current knowledge of all flight times during designated shift
  • Maintain liaison with Airlines, Customer Service Representatives and Ground Handlers
  • Performing other duties as assigned

As a dnata Passenger Service Agent, you have an essential role of handling administrative procedures for international passengers before and after a flight, including but not limited to:

  • Electronic check-in of passengers for international travel
  • Verification of documents for international and domestic flights

  • Push, pull, lift, and load up to 70 pounds
