Qualifications

• Active WA licensure in a healthcare field is required.
• 3+ years in assessment/diagnosis of mental/psychiatric disorders.
• 1+ years with IDD/SMI or related conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform PASRR Level II assessments and gather collateral data.
• Develop evidence-based level-of-care recommendations.
• Review medical records to support regulatory compliance.
• Interact with healthcare professionals, patients, and families.
• Utilize technology and software to manage assessments.
• Ensure timely completion within scope of practice.
