Job summary

Acentra Health is seeking a part-time PASRR Clinical Evaluator to join our team in Yakima, Washington. The role blends telehealth and face-to-face assessments in nursing facilities and hospitals, ensuring compliance with government regulations.

The position requires licensure in Washington, 3+ years in mental health assessments, and experience with complex differential diagnoses. The role offers a hybrid work model and a benefits package that supports clinicians.

Qualifications

• Active WA licensure in healthcare or related field (e.g., LPC, LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, NP, PMHNP)
• 3+ years of experience in assessment/diagnosis of mental/psychiatric disorders
• 1+ years with intellectual and developmental disabilities or related conditions

Responsibilities

• Complete PASRR Level II assessments by reviewing records and gathering information
• Develop informed level-of-care recommendations and determine appropriate next level of care
• Review medical records and provide clinical recommendations per regulatory requirements
• Interact with healthcare professionals, patients and families to support assessment
• Leverage technology and proprietary software to manage assessments
• Ensure timely completion of assessments within scope of practice and program requirements
• Determine a clinical diagnosis considering psychological and behavioral factors
• Assess and analyze functioning across psychological, emotional, behavioral, and physical areas
• Adhere to HIPAA and Privacy/Security Rules and corporate policies
